2. What are the VisTablet dimensions?
The VisTablet Original is a 12”x9” graphic pen tablet, with an active area of 10”x6.25 inches. The Mini Mouse is a 5”x7” graphic pen tablet, with an active area of 4”x6 inches. Both VisTablet’s are the slimmest, lightest and most portable graphic tablets in the world!

Both VisTablet’s are the slimmest, lightest and most portable graphic tablets in the world with 2000lpi’s and 1024 levels of pen pressure sensitivity. The VisTablet Original has 29 programmable macro keys/ “hot keys.” The Mini Mouse has 22 programmable macro keys/“hot keys.
4. Does VisTablet have wireless connection?
We have not yet made a wireless pen tablet because the technology has not been perfected to our standards. Even the best wireless tablets on the market today receive complaints from users because of the delay time from the pen to the monitor when drawing. We believe that the USB port is the best way for the graphic tablet to eliminate lag time.
5. Can you trace with a VisTablet?
Yes, you can lift the plastic protective sheet that covers your VisTablet and place your sketch underneath it and then trace over it.
6. Does VisTablet have a screen that you can actually draw on and see the picture?
The Original VisTablet and Mini Mouse are traditional graphic pen tablets. VisTablet Systems also offers the VisTablet View direct touch screen monitor for working and drawing directly on screen. Currently the “View” is available in 19” and 22” sizes. The display's completely flat surface allows the hand and pen to move smoothly, quickly and naturally across the screen. The stand is adjustable and the pen sensitivity of 1024 levels offers optimum performance for even the most advanced and discriminating user.
7. What software works best with VisTablet?
The VisTablet is fully compatible with Adobe®, Photoshop®, Corel®, Painter ™, as well as 100’s of other major software applications. VisTablet will open up the world of design to you in ways that were previously either too expensive or to limiting. Don’t settle for less!

Free software is included on the driver for PC’s which includes Power Presenter, FreeNotes, and Office Ink. Within each of these you can do signatures, draw, sketch, and can even save and email as a jpeg file. 10. Can Pens and Tips be purchased separately?
Yes, you can purchase the Boss and Dolphin Pen, and Pen Tips separately. The Boss Pen is available in 3 colors, black, white, and silver. The Dolphin Pen is available in dual tone silver and black.
11. How do I tell if my VisTablet is working?
Upon proper installation, the blue LED light (upper right corner) should light up and flash. Please reference your VisTablet “New User Manual” pages 5 and 6 (for Mac), and pages 3 and 4 (for PC) for correctly uninstalling/reinstalling driver. 12. Macro keys/Hot keys are not working:
Please reference your VisTablet “New User Manual” page 6 (for Mac), and page 4 (for PC) for correctly uninstalling/reinstalling Macro Key Manager. 13. My Pen is not working properly?
The Boss Pen will light up RED when the battery is running low. If the Pen is not working properly, please reference your VisTablet “New User Manual” page 6 (for Mac), and page 4 (for PC) to completely uninstall the driver, and then reinstall the driver. 15. Where is the Tablet mainly used?
VisTablet is a dual purpose professional tool and mouse, all in one package. Use it to easily explore the Internet or create a professional project for your business or child’s school work. Just be careful, if you children get a hold of VisTablet, you’ll have a hard time getting it back!
16. Are tablets more convenient than a mouse?
We certainly think so! We grew up using a mouse and once we went to the pen we were sold. The comfort, precision and ergonomics of the pen tablet simply cannot be matched! The medical Industry is currently looking at VisTablet ergonomics to solve what has been duded “Mouse Elbow.”
17. The Original VisTablet is so thin. Is it sturdy?
The VisTablet is a solid piece of hardware. While we do not recommend you attempt to flex your tablet, you can confidently stow it behind your laptop in most large slip-cases without even knowing it’s there.
18. What kind of pressure sensitivity does the VisTablet have?
Pen sensitivity is a very important for professional artists. The more you press the pen down the wider the brush stroke will get. VisTablet currently has 1024 pen sensitivity levels. That matches tablets at twice the price!
